As one of the selected 25 participants you will gain insight into the operations and leadership of our ten partner companies. You will build your personal toolbox on how to navigate your career and develop your personal leadership style.

Are you interested in learning more about the different activites in the program?
Female Leader Engineer collaborates with some of the most influential companies in Sweden - together we make a big impact on gender equality. Our partners represent different areas of the engineering industry and work actively towards a diverse workforce and equal gender distribution on leadership positions.
As partner to one of our three talent programs Female Leader Engineer, Female Tech Engineer and Female Technical Engineer you are offered a unique opportunity to attract and recruit women and non-binary persons in engineering studies carefully selected for their competence and interest.
HOW DO I APPLY?
The application is easy - once the application opens in august all you have to do is send in your CV, answer to questions about your interest and previous experience within leadership and you are done! Once you send in these two parts, you will receive both a logic test as well as a personality test.
