Information you choose to share with us

The main way for us to get information is that you give it to us yourself via a form in connection with an application for a job or talent program or an invitation to an event or collaboration opportunity. You can always afterwards ask us to change information, share your information with you or remove you completely from our databases.

We also collect information via so-called "cookies" on our websites CoGig.se, femaleleaderengineer.se, femaletechengineer.se and femaletechnicalengineer.se. Contact based on legitimate interest

You may be included in our marketing database based on your professional role and/or the employer you represent. The handling of your contact details is based on what the GDPR calls legitimate interest. This means that we have judged that there is a mutual interest/need for us to offer you our products and services, and that it justifies us collecting and saving your data. Based on this balancing of interests, we have retrieved your contact details from publicly available places, for example your company's website. We use the data to contact you via mailing. You can easily unsubscribe from future mailings or ask us to remove you completely from our databases.

Which systems manage the data?

CoGig AB uses a number of different systems to manage personal data. We regularly review the systems based on the requirements we set for handling personal data in a secure and accurate manner.

How long do we save your data?

If you have initiated contact with us yourself, for example by downloading a guide, we save your data until you or we want to end the contact. The easiest way to do this is by clicking on the link at the bottom of our mailings.

If we have initiated the contact, your data is stored as long as we judge that there is a mutual interest in this. We regularly go through our database and delete contacts who do not show an interest in contact, for example who during a period have not opened emails they receive.

Changes or additions to the personal data policy

Our personal data policy may change in the future, for example if there are changes in the law. You will always find the current version on this page so you can easily stay up to date.
