WHY IS NETWORKING IMPORTANT?
In this day and age, networking is one of the most important tools when it comes to building your career. Business networks have always been widespread and most commonly available for men, and this is something that CoGig wants to change. As a result of the programs, we have been able to create a business network for women and non-binary engineers in different stages of their careers. The network is a safe and empowering community for women and non-binary engineers to grow, be inspired and explore new career opportunities.
COGIG'S BUSINESS NETWORK FOR WOMEN AND NON-BINARY ENGINEERS
Today the network has grown to include both program alumni and engineers that we have come in touch with through our recruitment processes and networking events. The network holds a variety of competences such as leadership and specialists within tech, production, systems and logistics. We are convinced that there are many possible matches to be made between the engineers within the network and our partner companies.

After you have participated in one of the Female Engineer talent programs you become a member of a more exclusive part of CoGig's Business Network. This means you will be invited to our special events - tailor made for our alumni. As an alumni you will also get prioritised when we help our partner companies find their next hire. We are confident that we can make the optimal match for you as we know you and your interests personally. We know that the members of our business network have enormous potential, so that's exactly what we help our partners to see when we help them find the best talents, allowing you to take on new and exciting challenges just outside your comfort zone.
