To ensure that we select the engineering students with the highest potential to become successful leaders we use a scientific selection process based on meritocratic assessment. However, we believe that drive and interest is the most important aspect of an application – so don’t be afraid to apply.

1. APPLICATION
Make sure that your CV is fully updated and that you are highlighting any experiences in leadership. Instead of a personal letter you will answer two simple questions about your experience and interest in leadership, as well as where you see yourself professionally in 3-5 years.
2. LOGIC TEST
You will complete a test on logic reasoning in the Alva Labs platform. Through the test we can learn more about your general ability to reason and draw logical conclusions from patterns of varying complexity - predicting your problem solving and analytical skills.
3. PERSONALITY TEST
You will also complete a personality test as part of the application process. There are two reasons for this; it’s a great opportunity for you to try it out and learn more about yourself and we can see how your personality match to a profile of personality traits generally seen in successful leaders. If you are selected for the program, you will be given the chance to take a deeper look into this.
4. ASSESSMENT
After sending in your complete application and both psychometric tests, our recruiters at CoGig will assess your application based on merits, test results and above all, your interest in leadership and the partner companies.
5. ADMISSION NOTICE
Admission notice will be given by phone to those who are selected for the program. If you have not been admitted, you will be notified by email.
