PARTNERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM
LOOKING FOR A NEW WAY TO FIND GREAT MINDS?
As partner to one of our three talent programs Female Leader Engineer, Female Tech Engineer and Female Technical Engineer you are offered a unique opportunity to attract and recruit women and non-binary persons in engineering studies carefully selected for their competence and interest.
STEP BY STEP
Below you can learn more about the main activities included in the program and your role as a partner. The common denominator for all activities is the emphasis on networking and exploring possible matches for your organization among the participants.
On Assessment Day, you will meet the 25 participants for the first time and have the chance to evaluate their performance during a case-exercise. This gives you an overview of the students problem-solving skills and ability to cooperate with others. Beforehand you will be given access to each student's profile and personal video presentation.
Female Leader Engineer is a brilliant initiative to work for greater diversity and to create the conditions for more women in leading positions. In addition, it is incredibly inspiring to have the opportunity to meet so many talented future engineers with huge potential

RECRUIT THE BEST TALENT
During the program, you will have the opportunity to build a network of women and non-binary persons in engineering studies and present your organization in a unique way. This gives you a great starting point to attract and recruit talent with the potential to become the leaders of the future.
PUT A PERSONAL TOUCH ON YOUR EMPLOYER BRAND
The program is marketed both in person, via social media and networks at all technical universities in Sweden. The main difference to other employer branding initiatives is that the program emphasizes personal relations which enables you to build a maintainable and long term network.
CONTRIBUTE TO GENDER EQUALITY
You are seen together with CoGig as we work towards greater gender equality. A large proportion of today's students, both male and female, place great value on companies involved in the gender equality issue.
As partners, you receive access to all students who applied to the program, in addition to the participants. This gives you an opportunity to build a candidate pipeline with diversity and a mix of competences for future recruitment.
